    The two signatures stay. Everything else changes with the drop, so this page is the only thing that is always current. Cash, card and Apple Pay at the window.

    Weekly specials and limited sauce drops, all day at the Downtown Plaza stop. The sauces are made in small batches, so when they are gone they are gone until the next drop.

    Before you order

    Allergens

    Everything is fried in the same oil. Ask at the window before you order if that matters for you.

    Sold out happens

    We prep a fixed number of cutlets per stop. When they are gone we close early and post it.

    Large orders

    Ten sandwiches or more, give us a day of notice. Book the truck.

      Two days a week the truck is out on private bookings: office lunches, birthdays, weddings and brewery takeovers. Those days go early.

      We cater Mondays and Saturdays, plus the odd evening. Minimum 40 sandwiches. We bring the truck, the power and the crew. You bring a legal place to park it.

      No storefront and no fixed address. We move between four stops a week across Downtown, Wynwood, Blue Lagoon and the Miami River.
